		Booking conditions and cancellation: At the time of booking a contact telephone number, credit card details and estimated time of arrival are required. One night payment for non show or last minute cancellation. No refund in our premise.

Price rates vary in the following range according to season, weekend and particular event held (concert, rugby, football match...). We grant that price will never be higher than the maximum price reported. Prices are per room per night. Breakfast and access to the sauna included in the price.
